The Florida Corridor Rolling RFEI is an open, ongoing process designed to identify potential development partners and project opportunities along Florida Boulevard within the district. Administered by Build EBR on behalf of CCEDD, the RFEI creates a structured pathway for developers, businesses, and community partners to express interest in sites, concepts, and partnerships aligned with the Florida Corridor Plan.
Rather than a single procurement, this rolling RFEI allows CCEDD to continuously evaluate opportunities, build relationships, and advance projects that support coordinated, long-term redevelopment of the corridor.
Following adoption of the Florida Corridor Plan, CCEDD identified the need for a flexible process to surface development opportunities and build partnerships aligned with corridor priorities.
A rolling Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) was established to invite ongoing input from developers, businesses, and community partners interested in projects along the Florida Corridor.
With the RFEI in place, CCEDD and Build EBR are focused on moving from interest to implementation by identifying viable projects and building partnerships aligned with the Florida Corridor Plan.
