The Florida Corridor Plan is a Cortana Corridor Economic Development District (CCEDD)–commissioned and funded planning effort that establishes a long-term framework for revitalization along Florida Boulevard within the district.
The plan aligns land use, infrastructure, mobility, and development priorities to guide reinvestment decisions and support coordinated public and private investment. It serves as the foundation for future infrastructure improvements, catalytic development, and community-serving projects within the district.
Following the creation of the Cortana Corridor Economic Development District, CCEDD identified Florida Boulevard as a primary corridor requiring a coordinated, long-term strategy. The district initiated a CCEDD-funded planning process to establish a clear framework for reinvestment before advancing additional projects.
The planning process included analysis of existing conditions along Florida Boulevard, including land use patterns, mobility and safety conditions, infrastructure needs, and redevelopment opportunities. This work helped identify priority areas and constraints affecting future investment.
The Florida Corridor Plan was finalized and adopted as a guiding framework for reinvestment along Florida Boulevard within the district. The plan now serves as a reference for coordinating public investment, evaluating development proposals, and aligning future infrastructure improvements.

The concept for Serenity Villas was developed by a renowned architectural firm, focusing on creating a luxurious yet comfortable living space in San Francisco. Initial designs and plans were drafted.
Official start of construction with site preparation and foundation laying.

Serenity Villas officially opened, showcasing the completed property and amenities to potential residents.
